Every day is a great day, so Mondays just aren't on the calendar for Prue anymore....
Thanks to her approach to property investing and the specific strategy she's applied, Prue and her family have left the rat race and are travelling around Australia for at least 12 months to spend quality time together - and of course to look out for some other great property deals on their way.

"2009 has been the most action filled property year for me..."
While many people convince themselves that the GFC has been a major barrier to them investing, this 28 year old 'Property Women of the Year' nominee tells us that she's purchased 3 houses this year! One of the properties is back on the market after a 6 week cosmetic renovation with an expected net profit of around $30k, another was just purchased last weekend at auction with a reno lined up for early in the new year, and the third is for the nest egg... a buy and hold!
Here's some clues that this fired up female shared with us:
"I found the best way to strive forward was to surround myself with people that are already where you wish your future to be. They are the best mentors, will help you learn from their mistakes, and give you the encouragement you may need to pursue your dreams."

"My ever supportive husband reeled back in shock and horror...."
This mother of 2 kids under 3 years old, and nominee for Property Woman of the Year, tells of her husband's reaction at the first sight and smell of the investment property that she found earlier this year.
After buying the property at $30k less than the asking price, this young mum with toddlers in tow, gave up watching pitiful midday movies, and spent 5 months, working 5 days per week to turn the property from shitty shack into shabby chic ...and then turned it into a tidy profit too!
